Really? how do you switch online with them? I can only see facility for new customers.

I rang therer customer services (o8oo number) on there products info site under V6, they changed me then and there on the phone and you can ask them anything you're not sure of, the switch will take place on the 25th/26th of march as this is when it starts, as i said the only downside is i'm tied in untill june 2011.

According to EDF they only charge the £25 when you switch supplier not when you switch to a different tariff when you are already with them.

In bold on my thanks for signing up to s@ver 5 letter

Please note that there'll be a £25 early termination fee if you decide to leave this product before 31 March 2011.

I was told I'd be switched this weekend! Also told that the new plan started Feb 26th! I wonder whether any of the phone operatives really know anything about it. Was also told that, although you're tied in till June 2011, there is a guarantee that, until then, the price will remain at least 2 and a half % less than the cost of the plan I'm on now.

I've done paperless billing with them for years and been highly satisfied - the nectar points are a big bonus.

I'm currently on their online dual fuel V3 and this is about £200 a year cheaper. Don't know whether to wait a month or two as I'm sure there will be more cuts from other companies or go for it as I've been happy with them so far.
