Santander storecard v. Santander current account...?

Hi all - and thanks in advance to anyone who can help me
I have a Burtons storecard that I want to try and claim back £250 of charges from. Although this used to be run by GE Money, it is now Santander (not sure whether or not Santander bought GE Money?).

However, my current account is with Alliance & Leicester (Santander). Do you think there is a chance that Santander would potentially give with one hand (the charges refunded) but, as a "punishment" withdraw my banking with them forcing me to go elsewhere? I can't risk this happening - and wondered if anyone can advise?

Thanks again in advance
Pounds, shillings and pence; I caught a dirty wench, I gave a cough, her leg fell off, pounds shillings and pence :rotfl:
