the Zopa loan sounds like a good idea to me, as lonjg as you dont take any extra

Incidentally, i was wondering about this, We are poutting the house on the market fairly soon, but wondering could I change my contents insurance before I go to get the cash back ? Its not on the market yet, but going on in september hope to be out by Xmas

I'd never heard of Zopa until your post, but it seems a good system, particularly its flexibility of payment.

And Lynzpower, I think you can cancel your house/contents insurance, just like car insurance. I'm thinking of doing the same. Try it and let us know!
