AVG Automatic update question?

Hi,

I use AVG Free antivirus & have it programmed to update at a certain time each day.

If I'm not online at that particular time does it not update that day?

I tend to do a manual update whenever I go online each day as I'm obviously keen to keep up to date, but don't know if I'm wasting my time.

You can easily configure the program to do this for you automatically
Open AVG, Tools, Advanced settings, Schedules, Virus database update schedule
Tick - Run on computer startup if task has been missed
Tick - Run the update again after the internet connection is available
Apply, OK.
