theres a thread in the grab it while u can forum, detailing the free rail travel vouchers that were published in the evening standard, earlier in the week:
    http://forum.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=Urgents;action=display;num=1091526720

from info in that thread it seems that its ok to print out downloaded versions of the vouchers, so no need to worry if u missed out on buying a copy of the standard :)

Why would I want to go to Blackburn on News years day? ::)

We are playing Villa AWAY - hence the ticket purchase to be made from Watford to Brum....;)

    But thanks anyway :)

    Try https://www.nationalrail.com journey planner

They have 3 day advance singles for £13...............you are routed through to an option to purchase from virgin, trainline or some other companies.
