can any 1 help me please?? have a cap 1 credit card taken out well before 2007 have started the process to try and write off the debt and used the template letters very helpful:jOnly problem is seem to be going round in circles have requested cca twice chq encashed by them for £1! but whatever template letter i send they always reply (3 times now!!) need signature!!! Shall i assume they dont have cca and send next letter debt unenforceable etc??Very unsure what to do any help would be appreciated thanks
