Good morning kindof, we must stop meeting like this!

My LO has been up 5 times already *yawn*

Morning :) I am soooo tired

I am getting !!!!ed off now like, I was up at 3.30 wide awake so I gets up, I am online for a couple of hours and watch House Dotor, then all of a sudden I cant stay awake, I am falling asleep sitting up on the sofa, but then waking up like 5 mins later

So I decide to lay on sofa but cant sleep for more than 5 mins

So I try and go back to bed, I manage half an hour of snoozing in bed and I am wide awake again

So then I come back down here and I am back to my head nodding when I am sitting watch tv!!

What am I supposed to do, I cant stay awake but I cant sleep!!!!!

Ive3 just got myself a big coffee so fingers crossed

Morning all! We have a very strange phenomenon here. Seems that dreamfeeding makes him go less times between night feeds, weirdly enough. I wonder why, as the whole point of it is to make him go longer between feeds!

Dh is off running a half marathon this moning,so we get to stay home n be fat and lazy :p:p

Wow Aless, a half marathon - that is impressive! Good luck Mr Aless

David barely slept all night but is obviously not in any discomfort as he is full of smiles *confused *

Aless- we found that too! When I dropped the ten o'clock dreamfeed, he soon dropped the one o'clock feed too. That was at about 10 weeks, IIRC.

We've been up since 5, which is lovely on a sunday. Did manage a half hour snooze at 7 but no doubt I will be tired and grouchy later.

Need to go into town later as in-laws are coming so MIL needs to take her mothers day present with her as we won't see them next week. I already have the gift but need to get a card. I might also need a Starbucks to help the tiredness!

He was 10 weeks on Friday :T. it's weird...if I don't DF, then he wakes up closer to 4am and then will sleep again to 7/7:30. But if I do DF, then he wants feeding at 2:30/3am and will be up again at 5:30/6am! strange....

will you bring me some Starbucks? :D

Sami - if 10k is a comfortable amount for you to spend on a car then that is great and no reason to feel poop:)

We decided many, many years back to NEVER get into debt over a car and have also found that it often doesn't matter how much the car is bought for, it is pot luck whether it is a good-un or not. We have had many cars and our best car was an old A reg Toyota Carina, it was fantastic and we didn't have a single problem with it EVER. We only paid about £500 for it as a quick 'desperately need a car' buy! Yet our Citroen which we made the BIG mistake of getting on finance cost £7500 and was great for 2yrs then the last 3yrs before we got rid, cost a small fortune with one problem after another! Although that wasn't our worst car, that was an Escort, had it less than a year and scrapped it!!

This time our budget was £3000 so this car was on for £2700 no tax (£200) so thereabout the budget....I am pleased I got it for £2500 plus free tax as it means I can spend the other £500 on my new tent:D:D

DKAM - I suppose it does sort of look like an Indian when he does it.....He often grins when doing it too, really strange. He also seems to be doing it more often than when he started it a week or so ago.

Kids woke up early again today but they had strict instruction to stay in bed until 7am at least...well, they got up at 7am on the dot and went downstairs. Within minutes they were squabbling and squealing at each other then running around banging and shouting, they got sent back to bed until 8am!

I really need to get off my backside and tidy up today, everywhere seems cluttered.

Kindof - hopefully something starts for you soon, it is frustrating waiting around isn't it?

I hope Weezl is OK, has she been seen lately?

    Catch you all later xx

Aless- I think by DFing wewere disturbing his sleep, so he'd wake again. Left alone he'll generally go 7-4/5 then back down till 7/8. Suits me!

Mel- I agree about the car thing. Our current car was £2200 and it is brill! It's an 04 Mondeo and we both love driving it.

Not tried the Loola yet, but will take it into town today: it's bloomin heavy though!
