Does anyone know how to do the FAQs on ebay?

Ebay has advertised this new FAQ thing:

It means that you can add your own FAQs that can be viewed whenever someone 'asks the seller a question'.

In the message it took me to a forum where everyone discussed how good it is but it doesn't say anywhere how to do it. I searched the ebay search pages and nothing relevant comes up.

Does anyone know how to do it?

I think it's really annoying, as it shows up on closed auctions when you're communicating with the buyer/seller.

But anyway, log into my ebay. On the left, there's "preferences" under "my account". It's in the list of things there

I know that may be annoying but when you sell ebooks, like I do, that is actually useful, as I quite often get my emails going astray and so after the auction finishes I get emails about 'where is my ebook' so at least I can have that on there all the time, I hope this will limit my negatives!

Everytime a buyer asks a question for seller they are forwarded to your FAQ's page & of the answer is already there then there is no need to contact you.

I have set mine up but had to get DH to do it in the end as it wouldn't work for me.
