hi
i have received a letter from the bank of scotland, it states in the letter that we reduced the cover of our insurance twice if this was to be correct would,nt the payment go down. they are saying we signed for life cover accident and sickness, then changed it to life cover dont remember that part can i request the document that state this, and also £63.11 is a lot for life cover
can they just put things in letters that are not true?
any replies would be great

Hi there
In this case it may be a good idea to request a SAR (Subject Access Request), if joint then both to sign for this request, and you will need to enclose £10 postal order or cheque payment, they have 40 days to comply, and send everything they still hold on you, mainly going back 5/6 years.
