Really do need help / advice please????

I went to court with my bank charges just before the Supreme Court ruling and the judge said he would find in favour of the bank until the ruling had been applied!

Does this mean I can now not reclaim???

Also, can I go down Ombudsman route for hardship. I am no longer working as my daughter is registered disabled and I am full time carer.

Look forward to any help you may be able to give me.

Thanks

Until you know 100% I won't explain further. When you know I will tell you rather than speculate. Ring you local county court today with the claim number and find out please. ok?
