Does anyone have a LG F1256 - 1200 SPEED WASHING MACHINE 7kg if so what do you think of it. Thinking about buying one have read a review on Amaerzon.

Hi,

We have the LG F1247TD5 washing machine. We are currently having great problems with our machine vibrating. We have tried many things, made sure it is level, the clothes are correctly balanced in the machine, but to no avail. The direct drive type was meant to be very quiet, which granted the machine it is, unfortunately, it's the rest of the house which isn't!

thanks for the pointers, have to research this one thoroughly before i buy it. you should if you can go back to the shop where you purchased it to make a complaint as it is not what it should be.

We are currently waiting on LG's outsourced repair service to give us a call. They quoted 48 hours for them to call, it's now 72 hours!

Since purchasing, I have found many dissatisfied LG washing machine customers online, with quite a few having the same problem as ourselves. We bought it online for a good price, but now wished that we had gone to someone like John Lewis so we could speak to them face to face.
