refunds?

hiya i was hoping someone could help me.xx i bought a pushchair from a local retailer unfortunately
it broke, the manager kindly repaired it but then a few weeks later it happened again, the manager once again attempted to repair it but to no avail, i then accepted a replacement pushchair unfortunately
again the same thing as happened, i obviously don't want the pushchair fixed or replaced but would like a full refund, does anybody know weather i am entitled to a refund or not? thank you.xxx

    You're not entitled to a refund, but the manager might want to give you one if it keeps happening, or ask if you can have a different model..

    Chat to the guy and keep it friendly (at this stage) and I am sure he will want to help sort it for you.

    Just don't start banging on about your rights etc in the early stages of your discussion and if it isn't going the way you want tell him you will come back after you have reviewed your options (saves you starting to rant).
