County Court Fees

I spent £35.00 and my daughter spent £110.00 with Northampton County Court for an action against our banks.
The County Court just advised us that because of OFC case everything would be frozen.
Obviously the result is history - so what about our County Court Fees??
They did not give us any service and no action was taken on our behalf but they have £145.00 of our money.
Can we get this back??
