Does that include building control fees and possible Party Wall Agreement fees?

Seems OK if it includes replastering and infilling the floors and ceilings

Had mine done last year, paid £900 but we sourced the scaffolding ourselves so would have been about £1200.

If it's a terrace, that surely does affect your neighbour, as half the stack belongs to them. You would need their agreement and to serve a PWN.
