i know what you mean! my OH has torn a muscle in his back and been off work for a month, to get full pay he needed to have been there for 3 years and he's only done 1 so he gets sick pay instead:mad: we're already on a tight budget after a big drop in child tax credit so the next few weeks will be dreadful:mad: something like this always happens just when you thought you were doing ok and on track!
