Hey Mummy2Girls! Just getting back into everyones diaries after my weekend at my parents - the above quote made me laugh, because my OH said to me when he got home from work today he had done the food shopping online for "me" - yeah, because I'm the only person who eats in our family!!
I'm sure it wasn't meant like that, but it was just how it came across! Men - can't live with them, can't live without them! :rotfl:0 -
Morning guys,
Just catching up from the past few days, been absolutely manic at work so not had much chance to post.
Thank you for all your messages.
Not sure what I havent reported!! Went shopping last night at Mr M's and managed to keep it under £40 which was good, that was due to all the meat being left over from last week!!
Back to using the tumble drier again its been so wet this week!!
Paypal credited my account so ive updated my holiday signature!!
Right catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -

Evening diary, sorry ive not been around just not had time at all this week.
Nothing too exciting to report other than ive had 2 NSD's this week!
Took the kids to the local soft play centre today, my god why does it work out so expensive. Ive just spent the best part of £20 and that didnt include food just drinks!
DH is at the cinema but weve made a curry already so will have that once he returns.
Catching up with a friend tomorrow which im looking forward to.
Dont think ive anything else to report! Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
Evening diary,
Just popping in for a quick catch up. Having a majorly busy time at work at the mo so dont feel like im doing much else at the moment.
What to report..
Still no quidco money .
Havent had the chance to catch up with any surveys either.
Work owe me £45 in expenses which im hoping will be paid on 20th. Really need to think about building things like this into the budget too. Its not every month I travel about but I suppose if I know its coming up I can make provision for it.
Done the fortnightly meter readings today and the electric usage has gone down which im pleased with. The usual combined is around £31 a fortnight, this fortnight was only £28 :T.
Right think thats about all from me! Catch up soon xxMummytogirls x0 -
Really need to start a list for DD's bits and pieces for school. Since Ive just remembered im going to start my list here and add to it!! She already has some items that will use again for next year as spares so dont need too much uniform.

Book bag - already got
2 cardigans
1 polo shirt
2 pairs of trousers
Tights and socks
Shoes
Lunch box
PE kit
Pumps
Thats all I can remember for now!!Mummytogirls x0 -
Hi Mummy
My Quidco money is still tracking as well and thats from February
Expenses cause us a headache as well, DH puts all his expenses on his credit card and then claims them back at the end of the month. If he needs cash he has to take it out of our account and then its repaid when the expenses are paid. He used to take cash out on his credit card  and then wonder why we were getting charged ridiculous amounts of interest!
Soft play areas are soooo expensive, I'm glad mine are past that stage now. I used to sneak Fruit Shoots and biscuits in for my 2 as I refused to pay their silly prices.
I used to also begrudge having to pay £1 admission for myself as well, as though I want to go and have a slide and play in the festering ball pool :rotfl:
Hope work calms down for you, take care xxx0
