  • Well done with your healthy eating and going to the gym, I bet your looking fantastic.

I really need to do something, I put on weight on holiday and I carried on with the naughty eating when I came back, so pounds have piled on and can tell because my clothes are uncomfortable, think I've been comfort eating because of stress at work too!
  • Well done with the healthy eating and gym going M2G! I've been trying to do the same but only lost a pound last week, was aiming for at least 2 pounds so maybe all this heat is causing water retention :rotfl:

Glad I've found another love island fan- it is my guilty pleasure at the moment, love it!!

    Evening Diary,

Had such a busy day today, just sat down and now shattered. Been to work twice today . Worked until 2pm, came home and went for a run/walk for 40 minutes, picked the girls up, had a shower and got ready for work again and taxied them around a bit!!

Upside to have going back to work was I had my tea there!! Cant beat a school dinner, very beige though :rotfl:

    Today is NSD8.

Pennywise, thats the worst bit when your clothes feel tighter. If I could get another half a stone off id be even happier, think I'm just maintaining at the moment eating well in the week and bingeing at the weekend.

DTD, 1lb is a lot you know, google a lb of fat and you will be surprised!! Love love island!! Amazes me what goes on nowadays though (DH and I have been together for 16 years) and things have definitely changed in that time!!!

Bob, I think you might be right over the vitamin d (which I was previously lacking in).

    Food today:
Breakfast - porridge with banana and nutella
Lunch - chicken salad wrap, crisps, fruit, oats and yoghurt
Tea - lasagne, pizza and garlic bread and chocolate sponge (at work)
    Snacks - banana and yoghurt

    Hope all ok xx

    Morning Diary,

Again such a busy back end of week, hardy keeping up at the moment!

Thursday was NSD9, today should be NSD10

We had a wedding yesterday afternoon which was nice, DH drove and we didn't stay all night so only £20 spent there.

Today we have a BBQ today at one of DH's work mates, were taking some ice creams and flapjack for our contribution.

SA, 1lb is hard to lose for me let alone more :rotfl:!!! Fingers crossed for your 7lbs :D

    Thats about all really!! xx

Wow £20 spent at a wedding is seriously impressive well done :T

We had to have an indoor BBQ on Friday due to the weather being brrrr. The main difference with this was that when we are cooking burgers, sausage etc on the BBQ, OH does the cooking, when it is inside in the oven it is my responsibility.
