Evening Diary,
Wow can't believe nearly a week has gone by since I posted! It has gone by soooo quick.
So in a nutshell had a lovely weekend, enjoying the sun and fathers day. The sun totally wiped me out and DH and I were both asleep before 9 last night.. such party animals :rotfl:
Today has been NSD7 :T
Been healthy and also been to insanity again tonight.
Food:
Breakfast - porridge with nutella and banana
Lunch - Beans on toast with fruit, oats and yoghurt
Tea - chicken salad wrap and roast new potatoes
Snack - rocky biscuit, strawberry and banana smoothie
Right best go, MIL just called to say DH's nan in hospital so need to fill him in.
Hope all ok and what on earth is this spam post I've had?! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Ooh the spam disappeared, it was basically someone trying to sort consolidation loans if I remember correctly.
Sounds like you are on the ball with the healthy eating, I am still in the planning stage and haven't quite got round to eating anything healthy, which means I am still at the constantly shattered phase. Must try harder.

Good Evening Diary,
Just watching love island  and having a little catch up on here!!
Feeling so good at the minute not sure whats going on :rotfl:!! I think the gym and healthier eating are helping matters.
Emmie, I can easily get back off the healthy eating... like at the weekend :rotfl:!!
So today has been a spend day £18 in the farmshop on chicken, teacakes, burgers, strawberries and yoghurt.
Food:
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - cheese and mushroom omelette and beans and chocolate mousse
Tea - Chicken tikka and salad wrap and potato wedges
Snacks - triple biscuit, satsuma and pea snacks
Probably won't get on to post tomorrow as I'm back at work at 6pm for a meeting. Going to try and go to the gym between leaving work and picking the girls up.
Hope all ok xxMummytogirls x0 -
You are definitely motivated at the moment, today I did start with the healthy eating finally yay!!
I had a slight slip up with a glass of prosecco after I had finished gardening, but in my defence it was opened on Sunday and was going very flat, I needed it to fulfil its destinythe bottle is finished now so no more temptations.

Ahhh you do right Emmie
I think whats keeping me going at the moment is knowing I'm wearing a bridesmaid dress in less than 5 weeks
Keep it up anyway!!! xxMummytogirls x0
