BT 0870 & 0845 charges

I was wondering if anyone else has been charged for 0845 & 0870 calls by BT.
I am currently on their Option 3 'free calls anytime' tarrif but have been being charged for these calls since last January (09) when they were supposed to be free. I spoke to BT customer services in the middle of last year and they refunded the amount up to that date but I'm still being charged even now.
It's only a few pounds a month but I think if they are charging even half their customers that much they are making quite a profit.
