Selling Property

Hi,
i am hoping to find out if any of the companys that say they will buy your property for either the full market value or close to it are any good.
We have our house on the open market already but things are slow,we have found and made an offer that has been accepted on another property, but its only if we sell this place we are in now.
Is it worth trying these companys ?,will they offer anywhere close to full market value or is that just a dream.
Say your house is worth £135.000 would it be pssible for them to offer say £130.000 or is that just wishful thinking?
Any info about these companys would be great, thanks.

    Wishful thinking.

Quick-buy companies will be around 70% value.

    Wishful thinking (2).

    Maybe even 60%.

Dress your current property to sell, pester your agent to make sure they're promoting it to the max, and cut your asking price as much as you dare.....

Declutter, declutter, declutter. Clean like you have never cleaned before. Tart up the garden. Clean the carpets (makes the place smell nice) and consider holding an Open House day.

Watch some old House Doctor programmes - it's basic stuff, but hard work - and it seems to work.

The fact that you think a 3.7% discount on the advertised price is achievable may be a problem.

It's very difficult for people to buy houses right now, adjust this to 10-15% and you might have more of a look in. At the moment, I expect it is your expectations as much as market forces, therefore price it lower.
