Problems sending email from Outlook on my Laptop

Hi all,
Got a problem sending email from my Laptop PC
I can receive them fine, but I just can seem to be able to send them.
I also have a Desktop mac in my office that sends emails fine, and I've used the same outgoing mail settings from that, on my laptop, but emails just won't send.
Any ideas pls.

who is your mail provider? BT, AOL etc?0

I'm actually living in Denmark so my mail provider is different.
We use a Company called Ice Warp (icewarp.com).
Sorry if this complicates matters further!!!0 -
try selecting "my server requires authentication" for the outgoing server settings. if no joy try de-selecting it.0
