Kids and OH are all asleep, I think I made them all eat too much HM pizza!!! LOL!

I had the same problem earlier! Usually can't see the screen while I'm typing... Has anyone noticed just how many cat-people we have on this thread? Is it a crafty thing d'ya think?

I have a cat Toots, but she won't come inside because of the kids!! I am thinking about getting another, but that will have to wait until all the building work is finished...... I fancy a boy cat next time....

I'm TERRIFIED of cats! There've been so many times that i've not been able to get in the car because a cat's been sleeping/ walking near it. And the worst time was in my old house when i got home and there was a cat at the top of the stairs!!! We used to have a guinea pig called Flip Flop who lived in the spare room and i was convinced the cat had munched her. I had to shut myself in the lounge and call OH to come home from work. I was too scared to look. Brrr makes me shiver thinking about it! Dog and ducks all the way for me!

nope.... she sleeps either in next doors greenhouse (they leave it open just for her!!) or in the kennel with the dog!

WOW Em, never heard of someone frightened of cats before... have you had a bad time with one when you were little??

I've been having exactly the same problem with my big cat Oblee tonight - he doesn't usually want to come up on my knee, but he has suddenly decided the only place to be is on my lap with his paws stretched across the laptop!

I'm quite pleased with him today though - after I did my run (5k in 41.5 mins, so not bad at all to say I'm out of shape), I started making some cat toys. Oblee has fallen in love with one of them and is snuggled up to it next to me. That's all the confirmation I needed that they are cat friendly before I get them onto ebay - so here goes with the start of my business! Woohoo!

Welcome back Munchki - hope the car is feeling a bit better. I bet your cat is glad to see you too!
