    I'd like to buy my nephew a writing/drawing/scribbling table and chair for his birthday - can anyone recommend one? (He'll be 2) Sorry i know this is off-subject but i'm sure other things have been more off-subject! At the end of the year it'll be interesting (for me anyway) to find the most off-subject subject posted on here! We've covered so so so much already! It's great!
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

    :D

    Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";
    And then do it.

    Em remembering back to the deep dark posts of the first or second thread I remember posting something along he lines of you only need to know enough to get started by the time you get to the harder bits down the line you'll know stuff you don't know now and have more confidence with what you are doing. move that block where it belongs - a few steps down the line. do what you can now and see where it gets you and then if you still don't know ask. you've got a fantastic resource here and its friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic.
    I've started mine off with at least 2 blogs with blogger . one with the actual name and web address I want and the other which I am building as If I were doing the real one but trying things out on it before I do it on the real one. I have them both private so only I can see them. Then I have just spent the afternoon playing and the 2 things that I was nervous about trying to do both were a lot simpler than I thought they would be. You can do it.

    we bought dd a cool plastic table / bench but it wa dora so prob too girly, but despite being plastic it's really sturdy and does her for colouring and also you can adjust the table to lie flat or slant so she can eat from it too sometimes.

    Em Ikea do little basic wooden tables and chairs which are really cute and if you wanted to or had the time you could paint/ customise yourself.
