    actually i will make that my goal, to do some research this weekend.
    "it's better than a poke in the eye with a pointy stick" - my dad, regularly throughout my childhood when I complained about something being too small/not perfect/not tasty/not what I wanted. he was right every time. :D

    Joey - you mentioned about doing a list of achievements resulting from this thread - here are mine :) i'm not around enough to do the list though, sorry. These are for starters but i know there are plenty more...

    - made a great bunch of friends and confidantes
    - learnt a great deal about parenting and different lifestyle choices
    - discovered more about ebay
    - nearly finished work for publishing
    - discovered bingo and mystery shopper opportunities
    - started a duck blog (just the writing to go :))
    - gained a stack of ideas to execute throughout the year
    - have started an IT course
    - generally feel more inspired and motivated and always looking for new opportunities
    - made around £1000 that i wouldn't otherwise have
    - feel i have somewhere to come when i want a laugh/ to offload/ chat things through. help others
    - learnt more than i ever thought i needed to know about merkins and smelly footwear
    - learnt about various medical conditions
    - have purchased sulkies for my desk
    - made a friend happy with a memory charm
    - have become a barefoot book seller - and have sold a (small) number of books
    - have learnt lots about gardening
    - overall feel very optimistic

    Can't help with that helz- I'm useless!I had to pay someone to do mine! Lots of web people on here tho so someone will be along I'm sure :-)

    hi all well im off to bed early night going back to bootsale again tomorrow morning .the viewer i had today seemed really keen but ive thought that before so who knows will just forget about it until monday .
    munchki pm me address and i will post that bear you can always sell it and top up phone sounds like the mechanic is still good for a hug so you wont need it for that .
    if sorry when you get a place of your own ive got some duvet covers you can have initially for your bed then to make quillows from hopefully the vibes you get from here will help you turn the corner and find that lucky money dust .

    happy to help where I can with websites.

    There are loads of free options out their that are very easy to set up and there are other ones out there that will cost you, but still worth it depending on how far you want to go with it.

    First thing is to reserve a domain name for your business. www.123-reg is one option (not one I would personally use having worked for them) but seem to be ok for just the domain name etc, really as for registering the name it really is not a big issue where you do that. Once you have that, well you decide what options you want to do for the webpage itself.

    I am happy to help out wherever I can and there are loads of others here that will do the same for you.

    I need to figure out the seo on my own site lol, will get around to it eventually, but mine is just a business site without much luck at the moment! lol

    Right- my list :-

    'met' some fantastic people who I regard as friends ( whether they like it or not)
    been given loads of advice and help
    made a new jewellery range
    in process of sorting out website SEO( with help of one of the above mentioned friends)
    found an amazing PR person ( another victim..er I mean friend :-)
    started proper Ebay selling
    Oh and gave up my job to be self employed!

    Jo - thanks for that, i know of moodle but wouldn't have thought about that - its a fab idea as i know the local college use it and they may allow me to volunteer to help out. I'll look into the open uni stuff too - thanks so much, as usual you're a star XXX
