OK how strange the buyer just messaged me saying "please could you bear with me I need to go to kent to say goodbye to a dying relative and spend some time with my aunt after he has gone, please could you bear with me?"
Now my heart says take all the time you need but surely if they had the time to write me that message they had the time to click 3-4 buttons to pay me? Am I being a bit harsh now?
Hmmm sounds a bit odd to me-like you say, its probably quicker to pay via paypal than it is to send an email. What item is it? Is it something you really want to sell in a hurry-high value or is a duplicate item? Perhaps temm them you can give it a week but then you'll have to relist?0 -
Saucy I would write it down. What is going wrong. make a list. Then maybe choose one item that you can face tackling or is the most important (not necesarily the most urgent) and work out what you can do and take a step towards sorting it out.
My thoughts would be around the vitamin D because if you can get that sorted you should start feeling a bit better and maybe find the other stuff easier to face.
If you are having trouble with the consultant not getting in touch then take the letter you got about the vitamin D to your doctor and ask what you can do about your vitamin D until the communication problems get sorted out. Or scan it and email it to the surgery and say you need advice as you are not getting any information about getting treated.
Hiding under the duvet is at least resting your body but if you have so much on your mind it would be helpful to at least get it out of your head onto paper then its not swirling as much.

Its just a DVD nothing special and its only payment of £1.99 but I cant understand why they have the time to write me a message and yet not pay me by paypal. Seems very strange to me.
Have sent a message saying pretty much what you told me to Jo, Thank you! We will see now, I have given her till 5pm on 17th March 2010, if I have not received payment by then I will open a NPB.
At least she got in touch but it does sound rather fishy!0 -

Babymoo, if you had a quid for every time someone pulled that stunt on ebay, you'd have made far more than the 10k by now. NPB. Hit him with a strike and ignore any angry/pleading messages.0 -
You are so clever Jo...you are brilliant at giving advice.
It's everything really. There is a lot of personal things, I feel like I'm dodging knives at the minute, and it isn't helping that my health just seems to be in a downward spiral and the hospital seem to want to wait until I have to be hospitalized for a few weeks again before they try to help. Then there is the rent for here...it's an odd situation, and one I wouldn't normally be too worried about, but it's getting to me today. Probably because the way things are going, I don't think I'll be welcome at OH's much longer.
Plus my family have been in touch today, to remind me how rubbish I am, and that I'll always fail at everything. OH can't understand why it still hurts...it's every few weeks at the minute but it feels like a kick in the stomach every single time. I know I need to block their numbers but I feel like I need them to be able to contact me in an emergency...
I want to cuddle up with someone and stay like that. I miss my doggySignature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -
Anyone a member of Gala Bingo and are in a couple of Windicates ?
I'm in 3 windicates and have won approx £20 through it, at 50p a time. This money is always played through on Wheel of Fortune Triple Action slot machine and I have been lucky enough to withdraw approx £20 from this in the past 6 months.
Just received a phone call from a snotty lady at Gala Bingo asking me why I had not deposited any money on the Gala Bingo website despite winning on the Windicates lately (meaning the 50p I won the other day and did one spin leaving 21p in the account).
My reply was that I didnt have money to deposit and that I dont have to deposit money on the Gala Bingo website in order to play on there. (They have free bingo just about every other game and you can play that without having a positive cash balance).
She said Oh but you do, I cut her off saying Fine well just cancel my membership then, and hung up.
Have sent email to them as well. I am not going to be bossed around by a snotty customer service rep telling me that I HAVE to deposit money to play on their website.
(It's almost as bad as what Patrick was doing with Bingo Britain members)0 -
Pffft. Let your so-called family rot. If they have an emergency, you owe them nothing, and if you have an emergency, they don't care. As for not being welcome at OH's family, if they treated me they way they treat you, I'd have given them what for by now. But then you're a sweetheart who's far too tolerant, and I'm a bolshy whip-cracking biiiiiiiiiitch :rotfl:0
