Replacement consrvatory

I have had a quote of £5600 to replace my exsisting conservatory.
It is built on a dwaf wall and measures 3m x 4m. The quote includes removal of old conservatory and evrything for the new one including PK glass roof with gable front, plastering etc.
Is this a fair price?

Sounds fantastic ! I just paid £14K for a 3 x 3metre. That did include digging new foundations and rebuilding the wall though. You don't say if your quote included this. There's no point building a new conservatory on inadequate foundations.0
