Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone can help me.
I recently bought a camera for dh from Jessops and was told if I registered online then I could get 40 free prints. My sister went abroad to get married last month so took lots of pictures and when we got home I ordered my free prints hoping to have them in time for the blessing that was taking place when they got home.
Prints were ordered on 15th Feb, email received right away confirming order, received another email the same day to confirm my prints had been dispatched to the store and I would receive an email and text when they arrived. Checked the delivery details and Jessops Belfast receives deliveries on Monday and Thursdays. Didn't receive any word on Thursday 18th Feb so assumed it would be Monday 22nd Feb. It's now March 2nd, 2 weeks after was told my prints had been dispatched and I still have no word from Jessops. I attempted to track my order on their site but am unable to find it at all, have used the order number supplied in the emails and gone through my account but there's no record of it.
After waiting over a week I emailed Jessops.com customer services on Thursday 25 Feb, I received an email reply the following day to tell me that my comments were being passed on to the photograph department who could handle it better. I'm still waiting for confirmation that they've even received it.
I'm just wondering what I can do next? I can hardly demand a refund as they were free prints but I have serious concerns that they have lost my photos. I did receive an email to say they have been dispatched so they have lost photographs of my children on holiday and of my sisters wedding. Please can someone help!

Presumably you uploaded them to their website. Upload them again.0

Thanks but tbh I'd rather not trust them with any more of my family photos - they've proved themselves to be less than useful so far. I just want to get the ones they claim they've printed.Norn Iron Club member 273:beer:0

It's not really "more" of the family photos though - it is uploading them again.
If you are not happy with them, use someone else.0 -
Have you even tried phoning the store? I know from personal experience that Jessops' in-store collection service is a complete failure, so it is best just to phone the store and see if your order is in stock.
I assume you ordered them for collection in Jessops Belfast. Here is their number: 02890 236610The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.
