Charge to change airport parking date?

Hi, if I book NCP car parking at Birmingham airport & get a reduction as the booking is after 90 days from today. I am wondering that should I need to bring it forward if I will be charged the higher rate for a booking within 90 days. The FAQ state: Amendments made online are not subject to any additional fees. I cant get any where with NCP so dies anyone have any experience of this or advice? Thanks, Caz.

I'd have thought you almost certainly would be charged the higher rate. Charging you the difference isn't the same as charging you fees.

If they'd let you what's to stop everyone booking the cheap rate then immediately changing it to the usually more expensive rate?

Almost certainly. I'm not questioning your genuineness (real word??) here, but I'm sure you can appreciate it would be a massive loophole if they allowed it to be done with no charge.
