I grow everything claire...this year its really vital that I used every bit of space available for food..although have also decided that now i can't afford to buy flowers that I shall grow some nice flowers at the allotment that I can cut and have at home but also make into bouquets to give to girlfriends for birthdays :)

LMC - glad the world's come into focus for you :D

I've been running around like a loon getting housework done, shattered now but in a good way....what is it about the sun being out that makes me want to declutter?

Really need to start my seeds off, think that will be a job for the weekend, need to work out what's going where and get the beds dug over...our garden is tiny, tiny so it won't take long but well worth it for the amount of stuff we harvested last year.

Ohhh I would happily help with the allotment if I were closer......there's a 3 year waiting list round here for them. With any luck we'll be able to move next year and have a bigger garden.

Don't you just love days when you have a breakthrough at work - remind me of this next time I'm tearing my hair out!

I hate spiders and so does OH so one of us is going to have to grow a pair when we live together.

  • Paperwork for volunteering at Julian House filled in, now I just have to wait for the woman to tell me when I can have an induction. Now I've got library books to return, fines to pay, more books to get out and a application form from Oxfam in town to collect. This sunshine seems to be doing me good, I can actually get motivated while it's bright outside.
