Thanks Sally, I am having many peaks and valleys these past few weeks. I just wish I would stable out, even if it was mid range. I guess the time will come...

Enjoy your day off, I agree and think you really need it. I hope you can find some 'me' time today without OH under your feet :D

Thanks Squizz, you wouldn't call it running just yet as I don't have a lot of speed but to me its running ;) Well until some elite comes and whizz's past my field :rotfl:

I think I will try to get my hair cut - it's all snaggy at the ends and well overdue.

    Oiiii.....I never touched it! :rotfl:

Think we must be the only area with proper snow - although it's now raining and sunny at the same time, so hopefully it will be gone by this evening.

Feel so tired even though I had a reasonable night's sleep (especially considering the day I'd had). Had a nice walk in the snow to Stu's to pick up the kids, then to school, then back home via the shops. Natasha was in her pram and kept telling me to 'run faster Mummy', so jogged gently for about a mile pushing the pram (uphill...that was hard!). Need to get out for a proper run tomorrow evening though.

Pap, you sound so positive and happy - very pleased! :j The running will almost certainly help your mood to level out, it's beneficial mentally as well as physically. Fresh air, exercise, endorphins, the sense of achievement and pride in going a bit further (and shock, in my case!). It's all good. :) Don't worry about speed, you will improve gradually and to be honest, as long as you are enjoying it, who cares. The race is long and in the end it is only with yourself (or something...). ;)
