Part of the Furniture 500 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
LX direct are really strict with codes etc - I got £10 off and free P&P sent to me personally - ordered out of their sale catalogue & Ive had to make about four phone calls to get a refund, they debited my account for the full amount, after complaining they sent me a £10 refund, I then complained again and they sent me the £3.50 cheque for the p&p and they then sent me a bill on my flexible account for £13.50. Too much hassle to use my husbands free £10 code. You wont know if the code is valid until you see your statement!!!!!!!!!

  • I tried to order when theoriginal post was made. I got the 'sucessful order' page, but no email confirmation. I think I've missed out.

However a few days ago i received three identical letters form lxdirect stating i had been refused a credit account. i had 'paid' by credit card and never applied for credit.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have paid by card, if they mess me about too much I will talk to the card people. Having said that I have had no problems before.

The email has accepted the code and confirmed £9.00 delivered.
