Is there such a thing as instant payment on paypal

I am off on holiday and there is something I want to bid on whilst away.
I will not have internet access at all due to camping
The seller suggests that one can set paypal to instant payment, which sounds like a good idea to me
However, I must confess I have never heard of it and it is not jumping out at me on paypal
Any clues

He's confused. The only 'instant' payment you can do is when you pay with cleared funds or a credit card... maybe also from bank funds, but I never do this.
I'm pretty sure you can't set up a payment to go out in advance. My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -

I would be delighted if he would, but it is quite a rare CD and the price could go over $100, so if he is familar with its rarity he will probably want the auction to play out0 -
I am all googled out and he has made a mistake
It IPN is a way for merchants to automatically move money out of payapl to their bank onve the customer has paid and completed the paypal transaction0 -
