No idea what it's about, or if it's even worth watching ... but it's about to start.

Hardeep, some bloke off the telly
Annabelle Croft, tennis player
Rosie Boycott, former news editor
Bruce Jones, ex Corrie actor
James somebody - gave up and refused to sleep on the street, then went home.
All sleeping rough on the streets of London.0 -
It's a repeat. My sister insisted I watch a couple of episodes from it last year. They spent a few nights sleeping rough.. all apart from the Winston Churchill relative who didn't seem to think the show would monitor them.
I remember Annabelle Croft soon looking totally different and haggard from her nights spent sleeping rough. She looked totally different - she looked proper homeless. Nearly got in a bit of physical trouble at a charity food outside outlet place with some other homeless people.
Bruce Jones, in his sleeping bag, cold and vulnerable, in a underpass of some type. Totally felt how bad it was being homeless, without money. He had one neat idea to raise some cash by offering to take peoples photo's at a landmark, and treated himself to a pint in a pub, and some food. He was so happy to get home, to his family, by the end of it. Really really happy.
They also paired them up later on with real homeless people.. pretty rough overall.
Oh and there was an ex-editor big shot of some newspaper/magazine... and they had to do begging (as part of the show)... and one girl, who didn't look wealthy herself, gave her something like £20, then went to the cash machine to get and give her another £20.0 -
I remember watching this on catch up some time back.....all a bit of a telly set up. The aristo (didn't he spend a load of family money on a drug habit a long time ago?)...but not here to talk about that...where is the 'Living in a Van' thread?
Did it get deleted because of the title?
Any chance of setting it up again ..maybe with a diff title? Like 'I wanna live in a Van''.........
I was going to add to it too with somethi ng I remembered today...I lived in a tent for 4 months (OK, it was in Italy and I was a bright young thing and in love with a dishy Italian at the time) but I must have blocked it out//it was a bit iffy.
Anyways..................0 -
