You could also do a search for florists in Perth and then telephone them direct or order via their website. I have done this before when sending flowers to Canada, it worked out much cheaper too.

I've used wishlist.com.au a couple of times previously to send gifts to aus, they do flowers and all kinds of things. Delivery was prompt, the prices compare pretty well to elsewhere and their giftwrapping with the gifts is to die for.

I would have thought typing Australia Florists/Flowers into a search engine would get you some local links. Sometimes when looking for foreign companies I find it easier to use their country's search engine ie. https://www.google.com.au for Australia instead of our .co.uk.
