I had a win fron Real Homes in October, I found my name on the winners list when I googled it. I hadn't heard anything by December so emailed customer services and they replied quickly and passed my query onto the PR company, but told me get in touch with them again if I still didn't hear anything. I recieved my prize in January, so they maybe just take a while to get things sent out.
