To enable smileys and text enhancements:

Click 'User CP'
Click 'Edit Options' in Control Panel
Scroll to bottom of page to 'Miscellaneous Options'
Change option to 'Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing'
Click 'Save Changes'

eeek...just received my 2x Boots Bath Soaks....one of which was broken!!! what a mess...all over the kitchen floor...can't get rid of the perishing bubbles...mind you the kitchen smells luvverly!
