  • Hi it says on the vocuher your not allowed to use 2 of the £5 vouchers in the same transaction, but theres nothing wrong with going to the till 2 seperate times and using each.

Yeah, you can only use one per transaction but I just stand at the till with a basket full of stuff and ask them to ring everything up separately and they've not batted an eyelid. Also, I bought a few items from the No7 summer skin range which is 3 for 2 and half price so if you're lucky you can get hair spritz or lip screen for about £2.75 each, ie. 50p for 3 with your voucher.

In my experience, the best bet for a bargain is to target an assistant on a specialist cosmetic or perfume counter as they don't seem to know much about the vouchers and just try them out. One general assistant wasn't going to let me try and buy more than one thing with my vouchers so I just said I'd forgotten something and went to someone else for my 3 for 2's.

Everytime I go into my store now though I get followed around by a security guard... getting quite paranoid! :(
If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor...
  • Thanks for the code Sparky :)

I'll be shopping at boots tonight (again!!).
  • well i trkked all the way over to boots! asked staff on cosmetics, what i can spend these vouchers on x10 she was ever so UNhelpfull pointed out some things i'll have to say *dare i say it* pay money on top! went to another person helping people to look for things and said im looking for any of these around a fiver or less. she picks up wipes for around £4.50 loreal and says i think you can get these, walks over to the cosmetic woman and she says, no you cant! found boots time delay toning water £4 each got all the last 10 off the shelf. went to till she took ages putting the barcode numbers in and scanning vouchers! long queue formed! she says right thats £43 thanks! me says 'no there free, thats what the vouchers are for' she checks with colleague, she then cancels it all and does it one at a time! then i scurried out looking a bit embarrassed as the queue was long and people tutting lol

Thats the first time ive been in boots in the last 7 years as well, never again.

Is there anything left at Boots on-line for just over £1.50 or have we cleaned them out completely? :)

    Also...anyone know when code CCAA66 expires? :(

  • None of the codes specified on the first page are working...why??

Is it only for specific goods or everything on their site?
The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.
