Retry putting in your credit card details Vicky, just in case there is something you didn't notice the first time and don't forget to add your 3 digit code where it says:
"For added security please enter the last three numbers which appear on the signature strip on the back of your credit card*"I started off with nothing and I've still got most of it left.0 -

You didn't get all your stuff from the Banbury store before we got there did you??
Went to use our skincare vouchers today and almost the entire No 7 skincare range was wiped out! No wipes, virtually no skin creams. Bought odds and ends of cleansers, plus a few of the Olay hand creams.
Our assistant certainly didn't give us a refund for the £4 items we bought with the vouchers though.:(
But hey - £50 worth of vouchers used in the past 10 days - what a great company Boots are!:DYou don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -

Sorry whasnt me gov, I cleaned out Chesterfield, I had one assistant who told me I couldnt have a 1.00 refund as the goods were Free, but the first one gave me a voucher back and gave me the pound, leaving me to face the second assistant who refused to give me the pound - but Im not complaining,
Bet the Doctors waiting rooms will be full on Monday with Boots addicts, will I need a brain scan (if they find one )or will tablets cure me (hope not )Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T0 -
Question 1 for the Experts:
Can anyone tell me, if I buy 3 for 2 on the No7 cosmetics/skincare, can I also use 2 x £5 skincare couchers on the same transaction? For example,
Moisturiser £9 - £5 = £4
Toner £7 - £5 = £2
Exfoliator £free
Question 2 for the Experts:
If I bought 3 items, say the cheapest item is skincare and so is free (and would have qualified for the £5 voucher), but one of the other two items is cosmetics and so wouldn't have qualified to use the voucher (that's what they said instore anyway) - would the tills/assistants let me use 2 vouchers in that transaction? For example, will they take a second voucher for the following combination:
Cosmetics £9
Skincare £8 - £5 = £3
Skincare £free
Thank you!!!! - I hope they will!!!!!0 -
BUMP
does anyone know, I've got to go in tomorrow morning and I'm a bit nervous!0 -
I wouldn't swear to it but I'd be very surprised if you were allowed to use these in the 3 for 2 promotions. But there's only one way to find out.You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0

Re Question 2, not 100% sure, but when they've used my vouchers before (and the item has been less than £5, they've scanned them in seperately from the rest of the shopping)0
