Wonder if anyone can help me. I was contacted by a PPI reclaim company 3 months ago who promised me for a fixed fee of £ 495 they would reclaim all my PPI payments. They are now asking for 20% of whatever I get (which was not mentioned when I signed up with them) They are claiming 2.5% for each month that I do not pay the bill. Has anyone had similare experiences, and if so did you have any joy ?

TBH, i would not trust any claims company that asks for money up front and for what you most likely could have done yourself for the cost of the stamp or two.
What company was it?0 -
Hi there
I agree with Marshallka, do not trust these companies.
If nothing is resolved with these, if you can try to have a go yourself with the reclaiming of the PPI.
Check through the paperwork as well though for what you have signed up for.
If you check through the threads you will see that many have had issues with these claims companies, good luck with this. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
