WB E9 fault code..any idea?

Really piddled off now, boiler was perfect until WB serviced it and we've had all manner of problems since the minute he left.
Boiler has now just stopped (mid shower!) and thrown up an E9 code...any idea what this refers to please? I have googled but got nowhere.

Lol....I did search, I promise.
That's not the results page I got up though.
Anyway, thank you. I've saved one of the links for future use and WB man is coming back out. It switches off all the time now and shows E9 yet the water isn't even all that hot.Herman - MP for all!
