    The Kia website says this
    2. Scrappage incentive available between 18 May 2009 until 31 March 2010 (or until Government funding limits have been reached if sooner).

    So if the limit has been reached then they can withdraw the offer.

    i would have thought that as it was already ordered that it couldn't be rescinded. i'd be chasing them up on this and demanding a full explanation (or even better the car!)
