Hi NID, that's quite a letter.
One thing i hope you don't mind me mentioning though - not the letter. Can you remove the name of the senior manager from your post? I know that there have been issues in the past on the board when people have been named.
Hope you enjoy your break (and can get back into the country)

Hiya George
Thanks for the tip but really no need, she is the known manager that "deals" with unenforceability, yea if she was vain enough to google herself then so be it, she'd see her name - but it is on my UE thread no less than 100 times.... :rotfl:
If she does come here, she'll then realise what she is up against, i.e. not a silly CMC - instead, a whole community!!
Stop worrying
* everyone likes the letter but it aint even been thanked - I wanna go thank it myself :rotfl:2010 - year of the troll

LOL, you delete your own posts haha - we can't do it for you! No need though. Yea the banks sometimes send staff to join here and send me a PM with a link to their website asking me (Never-in-Doubt) to contact them for a job offer
The PM's are deleted faster than I read them! :rotfl: They just want to know who I am, and if they had me on a blacklist anyway, i'd sue em! Simple as
Its not so much what you know, its more the impact it has knowing the legal elements, as such they want someone (anyone, not specifically me) that knows enough about it to fight for them - BUT you simply can't. If I went and worked for the banks, i'd lose the same as they are losing now - cos the law is black and white!
Granted, there are always grey area's and i'd also know how to get the consumer to back down, but that wouldn't be the point cos then i'd be signing my name to something that frankly, would be misleading someone.
Nah, not for me!
Not that I keep totals but usually a good £50k per month is made unenforceable on my thread - have a look! Today alone we're at £40k with 3 HBOS accounts - funny isn't it, all the same bank, most the time2010 - year of the troll

Thanks all,
Can't imagine what would happen if NID defected to the banks!
Amazing how much he has saved people - long may it continue!
