I have been up for an hour. Must do that marking in a bit. Live in a semi. Next door think i have lost the plot have been listening to Bernard Cribbens singing Right Said Fred, and a funny one about digging holes. It has been educational.

I vaguely remember a programme linked to Bernard Cribbens called 'Potty Time' i think i was too young to understand it. Ms Moneypenny they were funny and seemed so innocent. Mind you so was Jackanory. I want to be a child again.

I am sure Jupster is one of our old friends. We are sorry we couldnt help. Jen Br and Niddy know all the difficult stuff. I hope someone else could.

Grudge films are scary. I saw it advertised on tv when it came out at cinema. I watched a similar film where the oriental lady comes out of the telly with the long hair. Still totally freakes me out when i see oriental ladies with long hair. Wish i hadn't. Sometimes being a coward is good.

Pixie good luck at doctor's. Fingers crossed about application forms for both of you.

Birds are singing in garden. Morning has broken. Anyway turrah. Off to mark!

    Good morning.
I don't think Jupster is one of our friends SW. He/she has posted on this thread once before ut, if they were one of our friends they would have said thanks cos that's what we do on here.

    Hello all, good morning,

We are expecting rain at lunch today. so far it is quite lovely. Mum and dad said it rained a lot in Birmingham yesterday.

Hello Jinny glad you are ok. I dont understand ipod malarkey's. I hope someone is able to help. Take it easy.

Didn't get far with marking. I fell asleep!!! Still have 'dignity' (song) in my head. I think Jupster is a friendly lurker! I am off marking but am keeping computer on to cheer me up.

    Neither have I, Pixie!

And I don't like films, either!

    Morning everyone,

Just having a quick catch-up before I do some tidying up in the garden - before the rain starts!

It is really grey and horrible here this morning. Have also had to phone the "fence man" for a reminder - he doesn't expect to be here for another week!

Hope everyone has a good day!

Well I think Audrey Hepburn is lovely! (Unfortunately, I am more in the Margaret Rutherford category!)

But I really don't have the right sort of attention span for films. I prefer books - perhaps because you can pace yourself better and don't have to read them all in one go!

Not sure whether I will ever get to grips with the new e-books though! Am impressed that you have an I-Pod, Jinny!
