    Yes I know. It was explained by Glad earlier. Basically they want everyone to chat in one place, as is the norm. It is almost impossible to monitor the conversations of several chat threads. There is a new twitter thread and also the arms, they are the only two permitted chat threads right now (over on that side).

    Shame, but some ruined it for everyone - it wasn't any one user, it was a culmination of several things, I'd presume....

    If you open a new one it will be deleted, the notice is clear from Glad on the boards..... :D

    I was just wondering if there was another reason behind it...I don't wanna speak to all the weirdos over there...I liked our select few :D

    I could hardly believe it when I read it! It really seemed too good to be true! After all, this was the first response to my CCA request letter! And - unlike HSBC - they were using the "correct version" of my name!

    You are quite right - it brings the total to 8 so far - but they are not all quite as "cuit and dried" as this one!

    Incidentally, it was for £10K!
