    Hi

I've just popped in to see what's happening. It's a horrible cold grey day here so I'm going to spend a few hours doing some chores.

Daughter 4 has now gone home after her surprise visit and had a phone call from daughter 3 that she might be coming home today for a few days (she lives 250 miles away).

    Chat to you later.

    Nice news for you Pixiechick!

Even though visitors (and getting ready for them!) is quite tiring!

At least, it is if you have my (non-existent!) standards of housekeeping.

Just realised that my windows need cleaning! Another chore for my list!

    Hi Jinny,

    Sorry to hear that.

Remember, if yo want to "share" we are all here for you. Perfectly understandable if you would rather not, though.

Either way, big hugs and hope you start posting again very soon!

    So do I, Pixie!

Except I would need to seriously de-clutter before I could let anyone see some parts of my house!

Not necessarily a bad thing, de-cluttering, though ....

I hope you are ok Jinny. If you want me to break anyone's legs i am here for you. I am ironing, sleeping, ironing, sleeping!!!!!

Pixiechick how lovely you will have happy company.

Ann, we are all the same. We all get worked up before someone visits and tidy every nook and cranny. We forget that our friends come to see us not our (numerous piles of notes in my case!!!). If we had a cleaner we would work ourselves up and tidy before she came!!!
