Setting up an IVA with Payplan
Options
Hello everyone- this is my first ever post so please be gentle!
To introduce- i'm married with 3 kids. Total debt- £38,000
In process of setting up an IVA via Payplan
we recently had to send in proof of income- i had to send in my tax credits letter & hubby had to send a cashflow analysis (he is self employed)
Anyway- we had an email today to say that all that stuff was ok & that the next step is for them to conatct the creditors & they will await more info to be sent in by us.....does anyone know what else they'll want us to send? I thought that they'd just want the proof of income.
If it helps- i think we'll be on Step 2- can anyone shed any more light on what that will involve?
Thanks

If you can log in to their Justabank site, it'll tell you exactly what you need to send, and when they've received it.0
