Help, what can i claim back!?

Please can someone help me. I am in the process of reclaiming my bank charges and have all my bank statements etc, but i am confused as to what charges i claim back.

I know i can claim the £25/£30 overdraft charge, but can i also claim the smaller £5 unauthorised overdraft fees, also what about claiming the debit interest?

From what I understand you claim all charges and interest for being over drawn back including so , ddm unpaid card transactions etc..

I think you need to take a look at the sticky reclaim charges thread at the top of this forum.

you can claim for any charge over £12 and not the interest until you get to the small claims court, if it goes that far.

I thought claims were made on the basis that the charges were unfair, in relation to the breach of the T&Cs. In which case, I don't think that £5 is unfair
