Report them to energywatch, and write a nice little letter to your MP, stating you are struggling with no energy, seriously, MPs love this kind of thing, they get maximum kudos, for virtually no work.
Go to Energy watch first. The girl you spoke to probably never had a clue. Even better, change our suppliers, then who would have the last laugh....?0 -
