SAK's SCUN THORPE AWFUL long angry post

 on friday am my dd had a har cut, this time it was sub standard, however she was a bit to shy to say , so she was in a rush to get out as she could feel tears comming, so she pulled her card out and was told it was voided....... no recipt given! , so she did it again and came to meet me, after a cupa and a few tears ...it will grow... etc she found she had been billed twice but with no proof......

so she called as we live over ten miles away, the manager assured her she would check up, calling the hsbc that afternoon to ensure a refund.

on monday she still had no money in her account and was fed up so i went with her to the salon.... where is the proof!! so we went to the bank, got the evidence and the bank wrote authoriseation numbers down etc, still no help just attitude and vbeing asked to wait till after a snotty woman and her two brats had had thier hair done.. !!!!!! ! she still hadnt called the hsbc to sort it out... and still refused to issue a refund. i am going to go to small claims online but i am so angry, these people demand proof and my time to do their work and still wont perform a fkng refund. !

stay away from scun thorpe saks !!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd get back to the bank and tell them you want to dispute the transaction. Put it in writing to the bank as well.

The problem with this sort of transaction is, even if it is fraud, the authorities only get involved if the banks wish them to. You can't report it as fraud.
