Redrow Mastermove - anyone have any experience of it?

We have just signed up to Redrows Mastermove scheme - does anyone have any experience of it, good or bad? We want a specific plot off-plan but because we have not sold the house yet, they will not let us reserve it.
Any information/advice would be very welcome. Thanks

I'm in exactly the same position! Would welcome some comments as there is very little in terms of reviews online. Have you had a look at part-ex with them?0

We moved house using the Redrow mastermove scheme just over a year ago.
Had no problems whatsover, they reserved the house for us (unless they got a cash buyer) paid our estate agents fees for selling our house, our solicitors fees for buying and selling, stamp duty, £500 cash back, turf, carpets and choice of fireplace. This was all after dropping their asking price by £20,000 too.
They gave us 6 weeks to sell, let us choose our own estate agent and price. After 3 weeks we were asked to drop our asking price but they dropped their price in line, we accepted an offer for £2000 under asking price and once again redrow dropped their house in line.
We moved in about 2 months after singing up for the scheme!

A bit of a bump but any more people with experience of this scheme?
Just trying to work out if it's worth signing up for.
Thanks

I'm wondering the same thing too =- still looking at Redrow properties!
Mu house is up for sale but it's not shifting. I'm prepared to take a lower price but it sticks in my throat that I'll then have to pay £2400 in estate agent fees!
I'm particularly interested by Redrow dropping their price if you have to drop your house price.....0
